Scope of Work: Design, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of a Category 4 residential sprinkler system in accordance with BS9251:2021 consisting of 269 apartments split across 2 blocks. The sprinkler system utilises the BCWS pump and tank with a dedicated primary valve group and dedicated sprinkler riser feeding each level.

Scope of Work: Design, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of an OH1 Commercial sprinkler system in accordance with BSEN12845 & TB221 consisting of a 3D design and Installation of an OH1 commercial sprinkler system to protect the entire school building across 3 levels. The water supply is located externally in a purpose built enclosure and fed via an underground main.
